The center, which will begin a major renovation and redevelopment this year, is proud to bring Menchie's, LA Eyebrow and Family Dollar Store as new tenants at Park Plaza on Maine.
Menchie's Yogurt signed a 5 year lease for a 1,586 square foot space. Mark Gallucci with NewMark Merrill Companies represented the landlord and Jared Davis from Preset Value Properties represented the tenant. Menchie's offers a family-friendly experience where young and old alike can create their own frozen yogurt treats. Family Dollar signed a lease for the approximately 9,000 square foot space located next door to Superior Grocers.
